OBEDIENCE BUILDING RENTAL

The 60x60 obedience building is completely climate controlled with both heating and air conditioning.

Obedience equipment available for use include ring gates, high jump, broad jump, bar jump, and much more!

The monthly rate to rent this space for an hour per week is $100 for the general public and $80 for current students attending lessons/classes.​

AGILITY BUILDING RENTAL

The agility building is a spacious 100x60 and heated throughout the winter.  This space is furnished with agility equipment.  The monthly rate to rent this space for an hour per week is $120 for the general public and $100 for current students attending lessons/classes.​

TRACKING FIELD RENTAL

Make use of our tracking field to work towards your training goals outdoors.  Reserve the 15 acres for $20 per hour.

COVID-19 Guidelines

  • MASKS ARE REQUIRED when you are indoors at the Training Center or outdoors within 6’ of other people.

  • Training groups are limited to two households and a maximum of six people.

  • If you're sick, please stay home.  Let us know you aren’t coming, and if you want to reschedule we can check on availability.

  • Remember to sign into both waiver books on the dresser.

  • Please wash your hands or use hand sanitizer before and after you move equipment.

  • Please turn any chairs you use to face the wall, and we will come through during the day to sanitize them.

Agility Rental Rules

  • Masks are required when you are indoors, or outdoors within 6’ of other people.

  • Switches for the main lights are in the obedience room, by the door to the bathroom hallway.  They are labeled “Agility Room”.  Please wait 2 minutes between turning on each switch.  If lights are already on when you arrive, you can leave them on when you leave.

  • Please wash hands or use hand sanitizer before and after moving equipment.

  • Feel free to move jumps around a bit, but make sure to leave the next person a usable course or sequence.

  • Please do not move the contact equipment.

  • If you want to move or add a tunnel, make sure it is safely sandbagged when you are finished.

  • If there is a bucket in an odd place, please leave it there. (Don’t ask.)

  • If you have a great/fun/useful sequence that you would like to work please email Sally. We can’t guarantee it will be available for you but will try. This benefits everyone!

  • Clean up after yourself and your dogs. (Please make sure to get all treats off the floor.)  If your dog marks on any equipment, you MUST CLEAN AND DEODORIZE THOROUGHLY.  Potty clean up kits are just inside the double doors to obedience.  Dirty towels go into the wire waste basket by the kitchen door.

  • Please make sure to leave the building in as good or better shape than when you came in.
